Le Réconfortant

Ideal for warming up after a winter activity, Le Réconfortant is inspired by the maple reduction traditionally prepared in our family sugar shacks.


  • 1 1/2 oz of Lafrance Dry Gin
  • 1 oz of “ La Cabane à Sucre ” maple syrup
  • 3 1/2 oz almost boiling water


  1. In a cup, pour the Lafrance Dry Gin and maple syrup, stir with a spoon then add hot water.
  2. Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.

*For a summer version, replace almost boiling water with sparkling water. Replace the cup with a glass filled with ice cubes.*
