To visit
Explore the different specialties of Domaine Lafrance for a complete and delicious experience.
The Orchard
The Domaine Lafrance orchard, nestled in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac in the heart of the Lower Laurentians, offers an idyllic setting where nature and pleasure come together. Pear trees, vines, plum trees, and thousands of apple trees stretch across 30 hectares of natural beauty.
The vineyard
The Lafrance vineyard, with over 4,000 vines, is a true haven dedicated to the art of winemaking. We carefully cultivate the Frontenac red, white, and grey grape varieties, as well as the Sabrevois, to create exceptional spirits.
La beignerie signée Odette
Odette’s Donut Shop pays tribute to Odette Lecavalier Hubert, the pioneer of apple donuts. Back in 1994, in her kitchen, she crafted the first dozen donuts for Domaine Lafrance, and they sold like “hot donuts”!
The Sugar Shack
The Lafrance Sugar Shack, a true gem located on the mountainside, stands out for its more than 2,000 taps and its Canadian-Nordic atmosphere. This remarkable building, which received a local architectural award for its unique design, is located just across from the Lafrance Orchards.
The bistro
During our seasonal events, discover the Bistro Lafrance menu, highlighting local cuisine with various themes. Enjoy the terrace on the second floor for a stunning view of our 13,000 apple trees and and Saint Joseph’s Oratory.
